Accessibility
Built to be usable on a job site.
Most people reach this site on a phone, often outdoors and often in a hurry. Accessibility here is treated as part of the build rather than as a later pass.
What we target
This site aims to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Automated checks run against every public page on each build and fail the build on any Level A or AA violation.
What that means in practice
- Text meets at least a 4.5:1 contrast ratio, and larger text and interface boundaries at least 3:1.
- Colour is never the only way information is conveyed — product availability and form errors always carry text as well.
- Every control is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Full navigation is available at 320 pixels wide and at 200% zoom, without horizontal scrolling.
- Animation is disabled for anyone whose system requests reduced motion, and the scrolling manufacturer band has a pause control.
- Touch targets are at least 44 pixels.
- Windows High Contrast Mode is supported.
Known limitations
Testing to date is automated plus manual keyboard and zoom review. A full assistive-technology review with screen-reader users has not yet been completed, and this statement will be updated when it has.
